This serene tirth by the banks of River Ganges is where four kalayanaks (Conception, Birth, Asceticism & Omniscience) of Bhagwan Chandraprabhu occurred. The murti (idol) of Bhagwan Chandraprabhu is seated in padmasana (lotus posture) and is 45 centimeters in height.

This tirth has been mentioned in ancient scriptures such as Vividh Tirthkalpa by Shree Jinaprabhasurishvarji in the 14th century.
Eminent scholar, Upadhyay Yashovijay is believed to have lived 12 years studying here and where Goddess Saraswati blessed him after which he composed voluminous Jain texts.
