As the name suggests, this temple is near to the Shatrunjay River / Dam. It was consecrated by Acharya Nemi Suriswarji Maharaj on Monday 22 May 1972.
The presiding murti in this temple is that of Sahaśrafana Parśvanāth Bhagwān. It is black in colour and 91 inches tall. Adjacent to this murti is 41″ tall Shree Nemināth Bhagwān and Shree Munisuvratswāmi Bhagwān.
