This temple is near Shahapur on the Mumbai-Nasik expressway. It has been built to emulate the temples of Palitana. It was built with the blessings and vision of Pujya Acharyashree Bhuvanbhausurisvarji Maharaj. The main murti is that of Lord Adeshwar.
There is Kshetrapal shrine where often holy snakes make an appearance. Many devotees come for darshan and pray for their desires to be fulfilled.
