Rohishala is a recent tirth by the banks of the Shatrunjay River, about 8kms south of Palitana. It has gained prominence for the aarti (lamp; a ceremony in which one worships the Lord; flame that illuminates signifying that the Lord removes the darkness of ignorance) performed in the evening.
